This is a simple recipe for those folks who don’t eat beef. I love java and made this recipe playing in the kitchen daily. My family really likes it and I make it often. Since the remainder of my household does eat meat, I may make another pot for them together with hamburger meat. I understand they’re still receiving their veggies because I’ve added the corn and peas. You may try it with different veggies also, even though I never have. Hope you like my favorites spaghetti recipe. 1 cup spaghetti squash nutrition or something similar
1 can spaghetti sauce blend – (26.5 ounce)
1 can whole corn – (15 ounce)
1 can peas – (15 ounce)
Your preferred seasoning
1/4 pound Uncooked spaghetti (1/2 – 8 ounce)
1 1/2 tsp Salt, if desired
Pepper to taste
Grated parmesan Cheese
Cook the skillet in accordance with the package directions. With a microwave safe container, heat the vegetarian meat for 6 minutes or according to the directions on the package.
With a medium sized saucepan, set the heated vegan meat, the skillet, and the canned veggies, along with your favorites. Bear in mind, not too much seasoning is necessary because your canned skillet has seasonings inside. Add pepper and salt if desired. Mix all of the ingredients well. Bring to boil and then simmer for 20 minutes. Serve sauce over cooked spaghetti noodles. This recipe will serve approximately four individuals.
